To use any digital planner, you'll need to use a note taking app. Any free app is fine, you don't have to upgrade if you don't want to. I personally use GoodNotes, but there are many out there.

How does it work?

Download the PDF into your tablet and import it into your note taking app of choice. You'll have to switch between the edit and view mode on the app to click on the tab links.
